Question by : is the pandora battery and the magic memory stick necessary for downloading a psp CFW?
i am planning to buy a psp 2000 slim, and install a custom firmware on it, but i dont know if it is necessary to make a pandora battery and install a magic memory stick on it.
ps: what does the pandora battery and the magic memory stick do to a psp? o.o?

No you do not need a magic mem stick and pandora battery you can just install the custom firmware.
Pandora and magic memory stick is used if you accentually installed official firmware and there are no current custom firmware to cover the official firmware you installed then you need it to go back to custom firmware using both of this. if im also right This is also used to unbrick a semibrick psp
